The specially selected parcels of Shiraz, Grenache and Mourvedre blended together to make this wine were individually fermented under warm temperature conditions. The Grenache parcels also received post ferment maceration on the skins to allow maximum colour and flavour extraction. The blending of these selected parcels highlights the best of these varieties.
